Philip Martin Duguay is Vice President of Business Development for Grid United. He has worked as an infrastructure developer and public policy analyst across Canada and the United States for over a decade. In previous roles, he worked as a ‘macrogrid’ policy advocate, originated a $2 billion CAD transmission project in partnership with a Canadian institutional investor and an Indigenous government, and helped to develop energy strategies for the governments of Québec and the Northwest Territories. He has also worked for a wind energy trade association in South Africa and on international development initiatives in Indonesia, Ethiopia, and Senegal.
Philip has a joint BCL-LLB degree from the McGill University, Faculty of Law and a BA from Dalhousie University. He and his partner Kathleen reside in downtown Montreal, Québec.
